Welcome,
My name is Joel Bailey and I’m the Republican Precinct Chair for Dallas County Precinct 1704, the Vice President for the Greenwood Hills Neighborhood Association and serve on the City of Richardson Arts Commission. I created this site primarily as a grassroots political information source for people living in our precinct. I welcome your comments and hope you’ll find the information on this site relevant and empowering for your political decision making. I maintain this site on a voluntary, non-profit basis and I sincerely care about our community and hope to work with you to bring about positive change for all of us.
One of the best ways to bring about positive change is for each of us to educate ourselves and get invovled in the political process on some level. Please look at the link page for resources and organizations that can help with education and activism. My overall goal is to restore individual liberty in our city, state and country.
